Using the service

You may use this tool to prepare documents you are authorised to access and process. You remain responsible for the customer information and commercial documents you select. Do not use the service to create fraudulent shipping documents or interfere with the website.

Check before printing

Automatic cropping and text extraction can make mistakes, particularly with scans, unusual layouts and modified PDFs. Review the output, barcode readability, addresses, quantities and printer settings. Keep your original files and verify a test print before printing a full batch.

Invoices and records

The tool crops existing content; it does not issue tax invoices, validate tax calculations or replace marketplace records. Keep the originals required for your business. A source file that lacks a full invoice cannot be used to reconstruct one.

Availability and limitations

The service is offered as available. Processing speed depends on your device, browser, file size and PDF complexity. Features and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Ownership and independence

You retain your rights in your documents. Marketplace and courier names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. This is an independent tool.
