Shipping PDFs and extracted information

Selected PDFs are read and processed in your browser. The current application does not upload PDFs, label images, customer details, invoices, SKU information or document text to a server. These are used to create previews, ordering and downloads in the current tab.

Removing a file, clearing the batch, or closing the tab releases the application’s references to that data. Downloaded PDFs remain wherever you saved them until you delete them. Your browser and operating system manage memory and temporary storage; this is not a secure-erasure guarantee.

Preferences and browser storage

The site stores two preferences in local storage: seller-label-theme for light or dark mode, and seller-festival-motion for celebrations. Clear this site’s browser data to reset them. The application does not store your PDF files in local storage.

Website hosting and technical requests

Your browser requests this site’s pages, images, scripts and fonts from its hosting infrastructure. As with other websites, the hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information and may retain operational or security logs under its own policies. This is separate from document processing; we do not claim that visiting the site generates no server logs.

Help assistant

Questions entered in the built-in assistant are matched to local help text in your browser. They are not sent to an AI service or a support inbox. Do not enter customer details into a support question.

Contacting support

If you contact Yash by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details you choose to share are received through that channel and used to respond to your enquiry. This may include your email address or phone number, your message, and any attachments you send. Sending an attachment to support is different from using the local PDF cropper. Please redact customer information before sharing a screenshot or document.

Email and WhatsApp are provided by third parties and are subject to their own privacy practices. Opening a contact link may open your email or messaging app; it does not automatically send your PDFs. Contact the support email to ask about or request deletion of information you have shared, subject to any applicable record-retention obligations.

Advertising and analytics

This version does not include advertising scripts, third-party analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels added by the site. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this policy will be updated to identify the providers and their data practices, and relevant consent choices will be provided before those services are activated where required.

Your choices

You can remove documents from the current batch, close the tab, delete downloaded files, clear local preferences, or use the browser’s privacy controls. We cannot retrieve a PDF that was processed only on your device.
