Let the document layout guide the workflow

Choose Other when a label comes from a marketplace, courier or order-management system that is not listed. Automatic recognition examines the PDF itself. A familiar marketplace name is not required for a supported layout, and choosing a name does not guarantee compatibility.

Use an original PDF with selectable text where possible. Scanned pages can still be opened, but the current detector does not perform OCR. An image-only label needs a manual selection.

Recognise the common cases

A shipping section above a clear invoice heading is a useful candidate for automatic separation. A recognisable invoice on its own page can be kept in the invoice PDF. A recognisable shipping label without an invoice heading is kept as a whole visible page.

Side-by-side documents, decorative headings, unusual reading order or missing text can make a boundary unclear. The website marks such cases for review rather than pretending that every template can be cropped automatically.

Resolve an unfamiliar page

Choose Original in the preview to inspect all visible content. Open Adjust selection, keep the complete area you need and select Label or Invoice before applying it. The input percentages provide another way to make an exact selection if dragging is difficult on your device.

If a page should not be exported, explicitly exclude it. This decision is reflected in the output summary. Do not exclude an unfamiliar page until you have checked that it is not a required label.

Build confidence before a large print run

Try a small representative batch with different page layouts. Review addresses, barcodes and product rows in the preview, then print a sample using the selected paper size.

The tool prepares PDF regions and merges pages. It does not validate courier acceptance, check current order status or replace the operational instructions from the platform that generated your documents.
