Myntra label PDFs: keep size, colour and order details visible

Treat the label as part of the packing check

When packing clothing or accessories, similar-looking products can differ by size, colour or quantity. A useful shipping-label workflow preserves the order and product information that your team uses to identify the right item. Cropping should make printing easier without removing those fields.

Use the original document available in your Myntra partner workflow. This guide describes preparation inside LabelCropNow; it does not prescribe current Myntra portal buttons or platform-specific packing requirements.

Preview before your first full batch

Select Myntra, add a PDF and inspect its first few pages. The tool’s automatic detector looks for a readable invoice heading and recognisable shipping information. Myntra-specific layout coverage has not been validated with user samples, so review the preview instead of assuming a successful platform match.

When a page is flagged, open Adjust selection and include the full shipping section. Check the product table and all barcode edges. A short crop that leaves out size information may be inconvenient even if the delivery address still fits.

Use file order to match the packing process

Upload files in the order your team plans to print them, or move them with the arrows beside each filename. The website keeps that sequence unless you enable Group labels by SKU in the cropper. With grouping enabled, matching SKUs print together, ordered by size and colour. Check the SKU summary before printing.

Keep exceptions visible

Resolve every Needs review page before generating the crop output. Apply one manual selection to a full file only when the layouts are consistent. If a file contains different couriers or document arrangements, work page by page.

Before repeating the workflow on a larger batch, inspect a printed sample and verify that the label, product identifiers and source order still match. Consult your partner account for the packing instructions that apply to the shipment.
