One cropping workflow for every file

Add all your shipping PDFs in one upload, or use Add PDFs to extend the current batch. The cropper detects labels and invoice sections in each file. Download labels creates one combined PDF. Download invoices is optional and creates a separate combined invoice PDF.

Choose the order of your labels

Use the arrows beside filenames to reorder files. With all three grouping switches off, labels follow file order and page order. Enable Group by shipping partner to collect each courier’s labels, or Group labels by SKU to collect matching products. With both switches on, labels are grouped by courier first, then SKU within each courier. Multiple-quantity orders last is enabled by default: orders with two or more units move to the end of the whole batch, then use the same courier and SKU grouping. Turn it off to restore grouping without quantity priority. No label is removed as a duplicate.

Choose Only Label or A4

Only Label fits each output page to its cropped label. A4 arranges four labels per sheet. The preview shows your selected layout and order. Inspect addresses, barcodes and product details before printing.

Review unfamiliar layouts

If a page needs review, inspect Original and use Adjust selection to keep the right area. Resolve or explicitly exclude review pages before downloading. Uploads are processed in your browser, up to 50 MB and 1,000 pages per batch.
