Start with your original Meesho PDF
Meesho’s official order-processing lesson describes downloading shipping labels from the Ready to ship tab. Download the original file from your supplier account, then open it once to check that your intended orders are included. Keep the original PDF so that you can return to the complete document later.
The Meesho samples tested with this cropper contain a shipping section, product details and an invoice heading below them. Some pages have a different height. That is why automatic separation checks each page instead of applying one fixed crop to the entire batch.
Separate Meesho labels without drawing a box
Choose Meesho from the three-line menu, add your PDFs and leave automatic separation enabled. The tool finds a readable invoice heading below a recognised shipping section, retains the label above it, and prepares the invoice region separately. The invoice title is excluded from the label output.
Click Download labels. Use Download invoices separately when you need the available invoice sections. A previously cropped file may contain only a label, so it cannot provide an invoice that is no longer visible in the source.
Choose a useful print size
Only Label produces a page fitted to the selected label region. This is the default when you want to avoid the tall white borders that appear after placing a short label on a larger sheet. A4 places four labels on each page.
Match your printer paper setting to the chosen output. Check a printed label for a readable address, complete product details and an unobstructed barcode before printing the whole batch.
What to do with a page marked Needs review
Open Review next and inspect the original page. Adjust selection lets you keep a label or invoice section manually. Use the apply-to-file option only if every page in that file has the same layout. Pages are not silently discarded: resolve or explicitly exclude each review page before export.
