Know which order document you downloaded

Flipkart’s official shipment-label API documentation describes an integrated shipping label with an optional invoice. The document you receive can therefore depend on the export route and options used in your seller workflow. Inspect your PDF rather than assuming that every Flipkart order has the same page arrangement.

This website works on the file you provide. It does not log into Flipkart, change an order status or generate a new tracking number.

Use automatic separation when the layout is recognised

Select Flipkart in the platform menu and upload the downloaded PDF. The cropper checks readable document headings and shipping information. If a shipping label is followed by an invoice heading, the two regions can be exported separately. An unfamiliar layout is marked for review.

Check the preview, especially when this is the first PDF from a new export method. Platform selection organises your workspace; it does not guarantee recognition of every courier or document template.

Keep print batches easy to identify

For a combined print run, add multiple files before processing. Label exports follow file and page order unless grouping is enabled. Group by shipping partner collects each courier’s labels together. With both grouping switches on, labels are grouped by courier first, then SKU within each courier. Upload all PDFs together to crop and combine their labels automatically. Arrange files using the up and down arrows.

The cropper combines detected shipping labels and offers separate invoice downloads. Grouping by SKU or shipping partner applies across every uploaded file. It does not remove duplicates. Review repeated filenames and order numbers before a large print run.

Only Label and A4 output

Choose A4 for four labels on each sheet. Choose Only Label when you want the PDF page to follow the crop dimensions. The website preserves the label proportions rather than stretching a barcode to fill a differently shaped sheet.
