Start with the documents for your fulfilment method
Amazon’s Easy Ship guidance distinguishes shipping labels from invoices. The address and delivery information on a shipping label serve a different purpose from the transaction details on an invoice. Begin with the documents supplied for your actual order and fulfilment workflow.
This tool prepares existing PDFs. It does not book an Amazon pickup, create postage, update Seller Central or produce a new tax invoice.
Inspect a representative page first
Choose Amazon from the platform menu and upload a small batch. Use Original, Label and Invoice in the preview to compare the source with the detected regions. Automatic recognition depends on the text and arrangement inside the PDF.
A label with its invoice beneath it is a different layout from a side-by-side document or a scanned image. If the boundary is unclear, the tool requests review instead of making an aggressive crop. Adjust selection lets you keep the area you need.
Download and organise both outputs
After all review pages are resolved, click Download labels. Use Download invoices separately if needed. The resulting downloads contain the detected labels and the available invoice sections separately. Save them in the folder you use for that dispatch batch, with names that help you identify the date or order group.
If the source contains an invoice as a separate page, the detector may route that page to the invoice PDF. Check the output counts and a few representative pages before printing.
Choose printing settings deliberately
The Only Label option removes added page space around the chosen region. A4 puts four labels on each sheet. Select the matching paper format in your printer dialog and avoid additional scaling that makes the barcode too small.
Document separation is a printing convenience. Continue using the invoice and packaging instructions applicable to your Amazon orders.
