Prepare the documents alongside your dispatch work
AJIO Commerce’s seller FAQ describes picking and packing orders and updating readiness in its platform. A PDF utility can support the printing part of that workflow, but it does not update your AJIO order status or confirm that a parcel is ready for pickup.
Download the documents you need from your existing seller workflow and retain the original files. Bring a small representative PDF to this tool before processing a larger batch.
Select AJIO and inspect the detected result
Open the three-line menu and choose AJIO. Automatic separation examines the uploaded page for shipping information and an invoice heading. It does not rely on the marketplace name alone. AJIO-specific templates have not been validated with user samples.
Where the label and invoice boundary is recognised, the website prepares the sections separately. Where it is unclear, the page stays in review. This is particularly useful when documents in one batch use different arrangements.
Choose the section you actually need
The default task is to separate shipping labels and invoices automatically. For an exception, open Adjust selection, mark the region and choose whether it should be kept as a label or invoice. That explicit selection replaces automatic results for the selected page.
The optional apply-to-file control repeats the same rectangle across that file. Use it cautiously: a longer address or product list can extend farther down another page.
Export and check the batch
Choose Only Label for output fitted to the crop, A4 for four labels per sheet. Download the completed files after processing. Invoice regions remain in a separate output when present.
Check the number of labels against the batch you intended to print. The website counts document sections, not marketplace orders, so a multi-page order may not correspond to a single output page. Keep your seller account as the source for dispatch status and order reconciliation.
